On the "Put your URL address here" box you simply type:

Result: http://tubeurl.com/myname
Cloak an address
By Cloaking, we mean that the address in the web browser will show up as a TubeURL and not the actual address of the website you are visiting. This is achieved by "hiding" the original site.
